The Department of Campus Safety and Security strives to ensure everyone at Aims Community College can learn and work safely and securely. We provide law enforcement and armed security patrols at all of our campus locations on a continuous basis.
Additionally, we provide safety/security related training, organize and conduct exercise drills, provide safety escorts, operate a robust video surveillance system, oversee numerous fire and burglar alarm systems, respond to crisis incidents and develop emergency management plans and checklists for all campus locations.
Most emergency situations on campus are going to be identified by students, faculty, staff or visitors. If involved or you witness any life-threatening emergency situation, it is essential to immediately call 911 and the appropriate campus security officer.
If we can't reach you, we can't alert you of an emergency. Please take a moment to register and check your contact information so you don’t miss any emergency notifications from Aims Community College.
